We delve into Savannah’s haunted heritage and reputation by taking you to the very beginning.

Backstreet Performing Arts Studio 3rd annual haunted house and Carnival games. Bring your kids it’s a family fun event also going to have a performance done by the kids and teachers of bpa. Going to have lots and lots of candies and a safe environment for your kids.

We are home haunt located down the street from Jackson Elementary School in a family friendly, safe neighborhood. The Haunt is only open on Halloween night from about 5pm- 9pm. It is a free haunted house, with candy handouts at the end! Although it is still small, it is growing in popularity with the locals! On average The Dread Keep will hand out candy to over 1,000 kids and families! The DK family puts this home haunt on every year changing themes every time!

Pensacola’s first outdoor Haunted Escape Room Experience!  Escape Lot’s of Locks has combined the trilling adventure of both a haunted house and an escape room. This Haunted Mausoleum escape experience will only be available for a couple of months and is limited to after dark hours only.

Gilbert Street Cemetery is our annual Halloween display/home haunt located at 16 Gilbert Street Orono, Maine. We are small, but pack a lot of unique and detailed props into our yard that are mostly created by hand as a family. We really went all in starting in 2016 and began putting much more time and effort into our display. We set up in early October and run the lights nightly for most of the month for “drive by” viewing from sundown till around 11. Starting the week of Halloween we run more effects. Trick or treaters can come into the graveyard on Halloween night for a close up look at the spookiness and treats. We are a kid-friendly haunt and really enjoy doing this so stop in an check us out!

1st Annual Slaughter House located in Woodville,  a small town in the great state of Alabama.  This Haunted Attraction is FULL of clowns. We have three different barns, woods and a good size trail through field. Are you brave enough to go through it? BOZO WILL BE WAITING FOR YOU!!!

Phobia Haunted Trail is a haunted house attraction in Wilmington NC located at 3907 Shipyard Blvd.  The 2017 theme for Phobia Haunted trail is CarnEvil.  CarnEvil is 3 attractions in one.  It takes about 10 to 15 minutes to survive.  Phobia Haunted Trail is a Fall seasonal weekend attraction, check dates and times.  This is a live actor event.  You will experience scenes that some people find frightening and disturbing.  

Phobia Haunted Trail in Wilmington NC has scenes created to tap into your inner most fears.  Our guests will weave their way through the haunted trail and will be greeted by our live actors.  They will not touch you, but they will work to give you nightmares.  As you walk through the trail you will transition though various scenes sure to have you on edge not knowing where the next action will strike.  This year’s attraction will have our guests play in CarnEvil, a circus event created by disgruntled clowns from the Circus’ that have been shut down in recent years.  They are looking to get even.

There is again something strange happening in the woods by Cardinal Lanes on Shipyard Blvd.  Drivers in Wilmington, NC have reported seeing clowns walking into the woods.  Uber drivers have reported quite a few strange characters being dropped off by the woods at Cardinal Lanes Bowling Alley as well.  Residents keep hearing what sounds like Carnival music coming from the woods but nothing can be seen.  Many have started to fear that Dr. Luke Von Witz is at it again.  This is starting to sound “very similar” to last year says one unidentified resident.

Police are definitely on edge as more and more reports of strange activity come in on a daily basis.  They definitely feel like Dr. Luke Von Witz is back to his old tricks.  Detective James Klowny has urged residents to stay out of the woods.  He said “There is definitely something strange going on in the woods.  Until we get to the bottom of it, I urge everyone to stay away.  I have been in those woods during the day and they are creepy to say the least.  I keep thinking I see someone or something out of the corner of my eye but just haven’t been able to track it down”.  He said that he has found some very odd items strewn in the woods, “almost like a carnival was here”.

Detective James Klowny said they will get to the bottom of it and if it is in fact Dr. Luke Von Witz, he “wont let him get away again”.  He is also looking into several reports around the country from the various Circus’ that have shut down.  It seems that at their last performances all of the Circus’ have left the same message.  “We’ll see you again real soon, this is not our whits end.  You can’t pin us down for long.  The cardinal will fly again on Halloween.”  Detective James Klowny thinks there is a connection to Dr. Luke Von Witz.

Get ready to get scared for a good cause! If the Mare Island Shoreline Preserve wasn’t scary enough at night this time of year…come out to our annual “NightMARE Island” The last of our fall fundraisers, it’s scheduled for 8 nights, October 21-23 (Friday – Sunday) (Plus Monday, Halloween!), & 27-31  (Thursday – Monday, Halloween!). Open from 5-9pm each evening.

The Mare Island Shoreline Heritage Trust is a 501C3 non-profit, and this is the final fall fundraiser for the Preserve.

Your host again for the event – “The man with one foot in the world of the living and the other foot six feet under…” is THE UNDERTAKER, and he has so much planned for your visit! Attendees are encouraged to bring their own flashlights and come in costume. This is an all-ages event, though some of the attractions may be more suited to the 13 and older crowd, and they will be marked.

We do two nights in October usually a friday, and saturday back to back and offer refreshments.
