The only way out of the Haunted Stadium is through its winding halls and rooms. The Aloha Stadium’s Underground Tunnel is opened every year for this spooky haunted house, filled to bursting with ghosts, undead, and the insane.

During the day, Uncle Shuck’s Corn Maze & Pumpkin Patch are scare-free family fun. At dusk on Fridays and Saturdays in October, the maze transforms into The Dark Rows Haunted Corn Maze, where anyone traversing the labyrinth will quickly discover they are not alone.

The Asylum is a haunted scream park with FIVE attractions in one place. Besides the shrieks and shudders you experience inside “Darkness Falls,” you will have a blast shooting zombies on the military bus, going through the interactive Zombie City, Shooting Mutants in the head with lasers, and witnessing classic carnival freak shows on the midway. You will be entertained for hours.

If it takes a little more than gory props and latex masks to frighten you, try the outdoors, where the light of bonfires cast eerie shadows. Owls hoot, coyotes howl, and the forest quivers with creatures beyond your sight under a wide open, starry sky. This is where true ghost stories were made.

As the largest haunted house in Southeast Kansas, you can expect spine-tingling thrills. Don a pair of special glasses and witness the ghastly sight of Shatter Vision in 3D. Then, face the unspeakable horror of goblins, demons, and freaks eager to scare up some screams.

If you dare to enter, a free haunting and a good time are waiting for you at this community-run haunted house. Donations are accepted to benefit the Lifelong Animal Placement & Protection nonprofit organization.

You can roast hot dogs and smores oven an open fire until the hay wagon comes to take you through 16 spooky scenes around the Perry Lake woods. The proceeds from the hayride go to Camp Adventure, which is a summer camp for disabled youth and adults. What’s more, the ride is wheelchair accessible.
