Haunted Trails

Not a fan of indoor haunted attractions? Allergic to the hay on hayrides? Haunted trails are definitely the way to go for a unique and scary good time! Exclusively outdoors and often right through a forest, these easy to manage paths are a breeze to navigate, but it’s what lurks in the shadows that can be deadly! Psychopath redneck hillbillies, beastly werewolves looking for their next meal, and backwoods slashers of the hockey-mask variety. Some trails even test all you have by offering solo tours on these haunted trails. With only the moon above to guide you, can you make it to your destination…..alive?!

Zombie Resistance (hosted by BaseTactics) is a 4-player, linear story-driven adventure through the ruins of an old drive-in theater in State College, PA. There is nothing like this in the state.  All of the equipment used in the game is infrared-based with no projectiles. This isn’t your typical “get-on-a-paintball-truck-and-shoot-zombies-in-protective-gear” kind of thing.  Squads have to work together to keep zombie damage down to a minimum, WHILE solving puzzles and making decisions. Oh, and one last note: it is possible to lose, in the end.

Open every Friday and Saturday in October starting October 12 and ending the first weekend of November, 7pm – 11pm. Online reservations required. Check out the website for more details.

In the small, quiet area of Battleground, AL a mystery surrounds the grounds of Camp Liberty. It all started with reports of strange sightings from area residents. From odd lights and sounds to strange people, the accounts became more and more common. While many were skeptical, soon a heavy military presence descended upon Camp Liberty. Initially shrouded in secrecy, Camp Liberty has recently opened it’s gates to some members of the public. Able bodied men and women are seemingly being recruited to join the military’s efforts at Camp Liberty. Many of the scientific and engineering community from nearby Huntsville also seem to have been brought to Camp Liberty. With hundreds of joint military personnel, scientists, engineers, and now civilians being brought in daily to the site for months, very few have ever been seen leaving. The few reports that have come out of Camp Liberty paint a very disturbing picture. Initial reports indicated that some sort of portal to an alternate dimension(referred to as Flipside) had been opened on the grounds of Camp Liberty. Further reports indicated that efforts at containment of the portal were failing, and the Flipside into our dimension. The latest report was of catastrophic failure and loss of life. A last ditch effort was being mounted to bring scientists and engineers to the Flipside in order to shut down the portal. Rumors in the area are spreading of humanoid creatures that have escaped into our dimension and are spreading some kind of virus. So what exactly is going on at Camp Liberty? It seems the only way to know for sure is if you are brave enough to sign up as a recruit. We dare you.

The ghosts of Governor Bell and his Ghost Rangers are ringing the bells of war once again and we need your help to stop them!

That’s right. Former Governor P.H. Bell lost this “Belltown” plantation after the Civil War and now he and his Rangers are back to scare away any trespassers and return this property to it’s ante-bellum glory.

Don’t believe us? Venture into our Haunted Trail and see for yourself how these hauntings have tormented the community for decades.

Or test your aim on our Zombie Paintball Hayride and help exterminate the walking dead that roam the back woods of Belltown.

If you’re good at solving riddles, try to “Escape Bell’s Barn,” where you’ll be locked inside an old log cabin that Bell used to incarcerate his prisoners. Find the key before time runs out!

And if you’re a treasure-seeker, try to “Find Governor Bell’s Gold” hidden somewhere in our 9-acre corn maze. But beware, the gold is being protected by Bell’s Ghost Rangers, and you definitely don’t want to meet up with them in the dark of night!

With our help, you’ll discover if you have what it takes to conquer the armies of darkness!
