Haunted Houses in Oregon

Whether you are looking for haunted attractions or real life haunts, Oregon has many options throughout the state. Spooky sightings, ghostly apparitions, serial killers, haunted hotels, theaters and parks – Oregon has it all. Many ghost sightings have been reported on the coast and the Liberty Theater in Astoria has been haunted for years by a ghost named “Handsome Paul.” The Heceta Head Lighthouse, north of Florence, boasts many tales of female apparitions haunting the B&B. The ghost stories of course aren’t limited to the coast. Pittock Mansion, which overlooks Portland, The Geiser Grand Hotel in Baker City, Bagdad Theater in Portland, and Hot Lake Hotel in Union have all had many reported hauntings. As for commercial haunts, the biggest and consistently best-reviewed is FrightTown near Veterans Stadium in Portland. It is an entire city block and often has several events and attractions throughout the month of October. Check out the links below for more detailed information
