Killing Frost Productions House of Thorn Haunted Attraction in Dewey, Oklahoma

Greetings and welcome to Killing Frost Productions… It’s Halloween season again ghosts and ghouls, and Killing Frost Productions proudly presents “House of Thorn” haunted attraction 2018. This will be KFP’s 12th season which will prove to be better than ever. Come see our new additions and prepare yourself for a “Frightfully” good time. The “House of Thorn” will be an evening you will never forget. Your fear will be delivered starting October 5th and finishing out the season on October 31st (Halloween) for “One Last Ride” We are once again located at the Washington County Fairgrounds “Arena.” The address is 1109 N. Delaware Avenue in Dewey, OK. We are just south of Dewey High School. We are directly behind the Fairgrounds building at the “Arena.” Dates of operation: September 30th, October 5, 6, 12, 13, 19, 20, 26, 27, 30th (Light’s Out), & 31st (Halloween – Last Ride) Ticket booth opens at 7:30PM and closes at 11:30PM (10:30PM on Oct. 30th & 31st). Groups start going through around 8:00 PM. All customers that purchased tickets before ticket booth closes still get to go through attraction until finished. (Actual starting time of attraction subject to change on any night of operation.) “If you choose to go through again, the next trip is only 1/2 price!!!” Groups of 6-10 will start entering the attraction at dark. (Sometimes it may take longer to start attraction due to unforeseen issues, so please be considerate of our efforts to entertain you. We want to give you the best experience possible.) We are proud to say that THE CHURCH OF SCREAMS is going on its second year now. If you are not familiar,… the event started as a Halloween fundraising event for the Whiteland Cub Scouts, but quickly became so much more. The CHURCH OF SCREAMS is located at the Whiteland United Methodist Church and staffed by the Whiteland Boy Scout Troop 615. In addition to the Boy Scouts running the show, we also have acquired great volunteer actors from such organizations as Eskenazi Emergency Department and Marian County Sheriff’s Department. Let’s be honest,… if you live in the area, and you enjoy a little scare, there’s no excuse to not check it out.

The attraction is appropriate for all ages; however, these kids love to scare the pants off of folks and they’re pretty good at it too. We advertise as a free haunted house, but donations are greatly appreciated, and all proceeds go towards the Whiteland Boy Scout Troop 615, and Whiteland United Methodist Church.

The 13th Door Haunted Manor is the SCARIEST Haunted House in Person County! This indoor and outdoor attraction takes visitors through a haunted mansion full of the spirits of beyond then outside through our haunted woods. It is put on by VOLUNTEERS of the Firefighters Burned Children Fund of Person County, a non-profit 501(c)3 that raises funds for child burn survivors. Zombie Resistance (hosted by BaseTactics) is a 4-player, linear story-driven adventure through the ruins of an old drive-in theater in State College, PA. There is nothing like this in the state.  All of the equipment used in the game is infrared-based with no projectiles. This isn’t your typical “get-on-a-paintball-truck-and-shoot-zombies-in-protective-gear” kind of thing.  Squads have to work together to keep zombie damage down to a minimum, WHILE solving puzzles and making decisions. Oh, and one last note: it is possible to lose, in the end.
