Good time at a new haunted house. I like what they were doing. It wasn’t massively scary, but it was a good Halloween time if you ask me.

Lots of changes from last year.
New name new mazes, new rooms.
A must see in this area.
Scary depends on individual person fright level, I was not scared but I heard a teenager screaming and outside she admitted to wetting herself!!!!

A unique experience for our area! It was just the first night open, but everything looked great, lots of changes from last year!! Lots of screams, and I saw one young lady come back out the front door and go to her car –
The big haunter at the front door is CREEPY!! Great Job Main Street Batesville!

If you’re looking for a good scare this Halloween, The River Haunt is a MUST! The best haunted house I’ve ever been to. Worth the trip for the truck room alone!

I swear the man singing, “Jesus Loves Me” needs an award. He was circling a dead body with its guts hanging out covered in the blood and guts. I was truly creeped out, I heard more than 2 or 3 people say they peed their pants!

    Favorite Room: Judge Hatchet
    Scariest Room: Swamp
    Favorite Moment: Truck
I would give a 9.5 out of Ten Due to the long wait lines but worth it.

Oct 29 was a cold and wet night, we stood in line with Umbrellas others had trash bags covering them. The staff was trying their best to get everyone in as fast as they could. A tent was set up outside for people to stand under it they didn’t go in with their group. I heard them say earlier in the year this was where they had a “Chicken Chair” in case someone backed out. No Concessions outside (guessing Due to rain). The Brought the Truck Back it was missing last year. It was a big “HIT”.
Just the right setting for a good scare.

Guess I made it there on odd years 19,21, and now 23!!
Again not as I remember it (seemed longer this year. I think in 2021 we timed it @ about 15 minutes no one stayed outside this year therefore no one times it) got lost in Maze and Walked in Circles.

I need to try to make it back again this year with a different group of friends worth the Drive.
