I have stayed here three times. The first time was back in 2003, when it was known as “The Inn at Jerome.” It was under different ownership then and the staff left around 5PM. As it turned out, I was all alone in the building for three nights in a row, as no one else had rented a room during that time. It was very creepy with a heavy energy. The third evening, I was in the sitting room, facing a mirror that reflected the hallway behind me that led to the rooms. I was talking on the phone and not even thinking of ghosts when I saw the shadowy figure of a man walking down that hallway! I was alone in the inn and all the doors were locked. I was there two more times—the most recent with my husband in 2017. We didn’t have any unusual experiences, but it still had an unsettling energy.
