My Wife and I Stayed at the Driskell a few years back around 1999. It was a company function in which my wife tagged along. The staff were kind enough to give us some information on the hauntings that go on at the Hotel. There are supposedly a few stories, however one is about a bride who was left at the alter by her groom. She had his credit card and went on a shopping spree, maxed out the card, then killed herself in room 525. There is another story of another suicide in the same room many years before. I went golfing with my co workers and left my wife behind in the room. There are phones in the bathroom. My wife while in the bathroom said outloud, If there are any ghosts or spirits around please make yourself known. A few seconds later the phone rang. She answered and heard no one on the other end. She asked if I had called when I was out. No I did not call. Yes seconds after the phone rang after her request.
