Opened some time from 1901 to 1904, the The Historic Lowe Hotel has had sightings on the second to third floor. The third floor is the most active, with a former maid, a captain and a bearded man. Fourth floor guests also often report hearing the creepy sounds of a string quartet, and the otherworldly group plays day and night. I have seen photos taken by guests. The 3 upper windows, the Center window, a figure can be seen looking out. My husband and I took a private tour of this property to renew our vows. In the dining room, the tour guide was telling us about a lady that is said to haunt the property tends to like a specific mirror in the dining room. As soon as she mentioned the lady, a mirror in the dining room fell. I’ve also heard stories from many people. This property at one time was a hospital so that may explain a lot of the activity.
