THE BUTCHER SHOP: HOUSE OF GORE, St Paul’s premiere haunted house, now in it’s fifth year, is an unusually detailed, full-size maze-style haunted house that was constructed in the way haunted houses used to be built… black lights, rats, skulls, cadavers, ghosts, strobe lights, fog machines, rubber masks, and gallons of shocking bloody gore! Although there is no age restriction, THE BUTCHER SHOP is intended for an adult audience. Children must be accompanied by an adult. PLEASE BE WARNED! The monsters and ghouls who inhabit THE BUTCHER SHOP will attack all who enter! Children are not spared from the full horrific effect of the show. Parents, use discretion. If you have a sensitive or impressionable child, it may be in their best interest to spare them from this potentially traumatic gore-experience!

School District 13 is a city-wide haunted attraction featuring four haunts including: Mr. Wiggle’s Wood Shop, Dr. Doom’s Science Room, The Detention Fields, and Prom Night Massacre. The whole town is haunted! And each of our haunts is a completely different experience in terror! Start your journey on the south side of town at The Chicken Coop (where you can buy some boneless, skinless cinnamon rolls for your adventure) and then board Coach Slappy’s Haunted Bus to ride from haunt-to-haunt through town. On a brisk autumn night, you might also choose to walk, if you’d prefer to brave the cool wind and the haunted streets. Don’t forget to stop at the park for the “Penny Carnival” and offerings of hot food and drinks. The streets and the park are tame enough for kids and cowards, but haunts are rated PG-13.

Since opening in 2010, our theme has always been Nightmares and its worked, we’ve continued to get good feedback year after year and on April 17, 2015 we lost everything to an arson, with my strong will to never giver up and the help from my best friends and many haunt vendors and haunt friends, we built a haunt in 6 weeks and it was named Indiana’s Scariest Haunt in 2015 and in may we had to move everything from our temporary home to our permanent and we’ve been busting our rears since march cleaning out our new building and building this insane, larger than before haunted house, and we can wait to show it to you this fall!!!
