Countless brains have been consumed on his account and his works have defined the zombie genre. He is truly “The Godfather of All Zombies.”

The Living Dead

Romero established himself when he screen wrote and directed his first feature length film, 1968’s Night of the Living Dead. Since then, he’s worked on several classics such as the original The Crazies, Creepshow 2, Tales from the Darkside: The MovieMonkey Shines, and many more.

The Living Dead series is what has made him a legend.
