I worked at the hotel and have first-hand experience and have been told of first-hand accounts by other employees. My experience, first. I was walking down a corridor, near the Administration offices around 6:30am. Both double doors were shut. As I walked by a closed door, I heard a man say, “Hello”. I didn’t hear it again while I worked there. I also heard a young child crying in the joining corridor.
Other’s experiences told to me.
Many children passed away during the time that the hotel worked with Make-A-Wish Foundation. On the third floor, South tower above the lobby, a large ball can be heard bouncing along with running down the hall. Every now and then, Security gets called to handle the noise. Everytime, no one is found. There have been instances where only one room was occupied on the south tower, third floor and security was called about the ball.
A man committed suicide on the 10th floor. The sound of someone running in the room can be heard once in a while.
A woman leapt to her death by the pool. Noone, that I know of, has experienced anything paranormal in the room she occupied or the area in which she expired.
Most of these experiences are from Security and other employees.
I recently stayed here on the 10th floor, and had very vivid dreams and experience several strange things. We also found a tooth in our room, one that seem to belong to a grown man woman ways that was placed perfectly next to the sink as well as feeling bad energy along with some form of presence. Well we stayed here from the time we arrived to the time that we left, and as we’re leaving now and no longer there we can still feel it lingering. We reported the tooth and the woman at the front desk said that she would send housekeeping and hadn’t received a call or report like that like that ever ever and it was very strange. we stayed on the tenth floor and I had a very vivid nightmare about a man clearly who commuted suicide and it made me feel so sick and as we were leaving the hotel my mom told me to look it up and we found this website and I read the review and it talks about a man who committed suicide on the tenth floor I felt like I was going to throw up after reading this it sent chills down my spine and I almost threw up.
I swear on my life, the elevators are tripping out and the 15th floor button won’t work, the elevator will bring you to the 10th floor and eventually the 15th but the numbers were flashing. With the information others have given, creepy stuff!
