The Sherwood Inn is actually in Skaneateles, New York. Not sure why it says Greene. But still definitely haunted! This is a location in my own hometown, not much activity downstairs, but I have heard and seen many things on the upper floors, most activity I’ve found is usually at the west end of the 2nd floor, but please ask the staff if you can take a look first, we wouldn’t want to disturb any living guests!
Stayed at Sherwood in back in 2015 for one night. In the middle of the night I was woken up by loud deadly sounding screams from a woman. I also head doors slamming repeatedly. It went on for a few hours. The next morning asked around and no one else heard it but my mom and one lady in the room next to ours. Still baffled at how the whole building didnt hear the screams bc they were horrid and loud
