Along the route, guests visit some of Boulder’s most iconic and reportedly haunted locations, including the Arnett-Fullen House, one of Boulder’s oldest residences with a history dating back to the late 19th century; the Hotel Boulderado, a landmark hotel known for its early elevator system and decades of reported unexplained activity; and the Boulder Theater, a historic performance venue associated with after-hours sightings and strange occurrences. Tours focus on exterior storytelling only—we do not enter buildings—allowing guests to experience multiple haunted locations while standing on historically significant ground. The route involves steady walking, so guests are encouraged to wear their most comfortable shoes.
