Fearhaven is one of the only haunted attractions in the Niles/Warren area. Rather than a simple haunted house or hayride, we operate by self-guided walks on a “haunted” trail that last about 20-40 minutes. Think of it as an outdoor haunted house, or a walk on a hayride’s path.

The Landing invites the public to attend its “Spooktacular” trick-or-treating event. Attendees will enjoy entertainment options including face painting and the talents of a local balloon artist. Free trick-or-treat goody bags will be given away to the first 500 attendees. The event will be held in the plaza across from Regal Cinemas; look for signs in the storefronts of participating retailers. Closing times are ticket booth hours, anyone in line after the ticket booth closes will be able to go through the haunted house.
The ticket booth is open 6:30-11pm every night. The haunted house will open at 7pm.
