Room 201 is where I will not choose to stay again. Sleep paralysis…like I forgot to take a breath…but have to stand to my feet to breath in the midst of my sleep. Female apparition. 3 crystals out of 9 disappeared. Re-appeared together 5 days later. Room 216, footsteps. Not unfriendly. Just footsteps in the room at night. Still 9ne of my favorite rooms. Room 206…personal belongings get re-arranged and put in other places. Also a very cold spot just outside the interior door that doesn’t make logical sense in terms of air-flow.

Just stayed in room 206, without even researching that this place is haunted. My husband and I stayed two nights. I loved the hotel and was excited to get to wander around and look. Just love the old decor and antiques, kitties and courtyards. So cool. BUT! The first night I had a terrible night terror I guess and my hubby had to wake me up. He said I looked at him like I’d seen a ghost. I had!! I thought I was in a terribly dark and dirty room full of infants and toddlers and a dark, menacing figure that was guarding them or something. I was trying to get the children out when hubby woke me. I had a terrible night! Next morn, I’ll do some sleuthing about the hotels history to find it was a catholic orphanage at one time for Irish and German immigrants migrants, the youngest of the children were housed there. OMG!!! I feel this is what I saw or dreamed of in room 206!! So scared! First time this has ever happened to me! BUT I do love the place!
