The building was erected in 1763, and in the early 1980s, it was listed in the National Register of Historic Places. Although, it’s been around for years, only one spirit seems to haunt this location. She’s known as the Lady in White. She has been seen walking the second floor hallways. At the back of the property, there is an empty house. The Lady in White has been seen walking to that house too.

Opened some time from 1901 to 1904, the The Historic Lowe Hotel has had sightings on the second to third floor. The third floor is the most active, with a former maid, a captain and a bearded man. Fourth floor guests also often report hearing the creepy sounds of a string quartet, and the otherworldly group plays day and night. Haunted Mount Baker Hotel in Concrete, Wa The Mount Baker Hotel is part of a ghost walk in Concrete, WA. It was built in 1924 and has been a rooming house as well as a cafe and office building over the years. The upstairs is said to be haunted by a little girl approximately four years old. It’s believed that she died after her mother beat her to death. The girl has red hair. She wears a pink shirt and jean shorts. Highly recommended. The inn keepers are the nicest people you’ll ever meet and they are so accommodating. It’s an exceptionally beautiful and clean property. Breakfast was to die for. I can’t believe we didn’t stay sooner. The views are gorgeous. Definitely not a drive by. It’s like being on vacation in Europe. Worth every penny.
Blackberry River Inn is a BEAUTIFUL quaint Inn. The room was clean & fresh. Lucas B. went out of his way to make our stay a wonderful memory.
