Located in San Diego’s world famous Balboa Park, The Haunted Trail is a stroll through the park you will never forget. Enter the mile long Trail through the twisted grove of pines and gnarled oaks. Visitors watch your back, you’ll never know which way the terror will hit you.This year, watch your back while creeping down New Orleans famous Bourbon Street as vampires lurk in the shadows. Squeeze through the crowd of creepy clowns on the Haunted Ghoul Bus, experience an Alien Autopsy and run screaming through the gauntlet of Horror Icons. Oh yes, and don’t think we forgot about the saws. Ready yourself for the terror of the chainsaw wielding voodoo masters.

True to form, the Haunted Trail is not for children under 10 or the faint of heart. Experience an outdoor terror that is simply too big to house indoors.

experimentlogo2Before you are sent through the Trail, you will have to find your way out of a maze that is so disturbing it can only be described as, “The eXperiment”. This twisted maze of incarcerated lost souls stalk you as you scurry through. Try to find your way out before you become an “experiment” yourself!  *maze is included in admission price.

This attraction contains high impact scares and strobe lights which may not be suitable for people with heart conditions or prone to seizures.
