My husband, teenage step-daughter, and myself stayed here in 2015. The elevator was definitely creepy, as were the hallways. Our room was on the third floor. The room and large bedroom armoire terrified my step-daughter because it looked like one featured in a scary movie she recently watched. She and I shared the bed while my husband took the pull out due to her being so scared.

The ceiling fan in the room was originally normal then wonky and loud as we joked around. The more we made fun of the room’s weirdness the louder the fan got. In the middle of the night we woke up to the ceiling fan wobbling and shaking erratically. My step-daughter started screaming so I had to shut it off.

The best part was that my husband woke up with his T-shirt pulled above his chest and his shorts pulled down to his upper thighs. He had swollen nipples and chastised me for jumping him with his daughter in the room. When I told him I didn’t get out of the bed except to turn off the ceiling fan he flipped. He made us check out immediately. It was at that point I told him about the history of the inn and that our floor was haunted by a female. He was so pissed at me for not telling him.

Me and my step-daughter had a very good time teasing him though. He kept saying he felt violated. Hearing that come out of the mouth of a 6’2″ 275lb weightlifter made it even better.
