• Founded in October 1970.
• We are an all volunteer Haunted House that is the longest consecutively running HH in the country.
• Community Commonwealth is a non-profit organization that believes that service to humanity is the best work of life.
• Formerly the Lombard Jaycees Haunted House, we are said to be the longest consecutively Haunted House in the country. We started back in 1970 & our primary purpose to give the kids something constructive to do so they wouldn’t be out creating mischief during Halloween time. That is still our mission today. Our House isn’t like most of the rest. We don’t do this to make money but for the love of it & to help out the community. We are all volunteers & get to be part of every part of the process from room ideas, building, makeup, costumes, skits, you name it.
