One of the creepiest stories to come out of Italy is about this haunted castle. The Castello di Montebello is located in the municipality of Poggio Torriana, Rimini. The castle is often visited by tourists during the day. It was built in 1000 and there are some parts of the tower that date back to the third century B.C.
