This bed and breakfast is considered one of the most haunted locations in Washington. It’s been featured in a documentary called Montgomery House: The Perfect Haunting. For years, the bed and breakfast was haunted by solid apparitions as well as voices. The house was built on a location that used to house an entire Native American tribe that died when the settlers came to America. Curbed Seattle named Hotel Andra one of Seattle’s most haunted hotels. The hotel was built in 1926. It was the time of prohibition and loud parties. Today, guests as well as staff have reported hearing jazz and the sound of breaking glass from the 9th floor of the hotel. Whenever someone tries to investigate, the noise and music stops. Guests have seen apparitions in their rooms. In one room a paperweight levitates before hitting a glass table with a loud noise. Built in 1901 by Isadore St. Martin, the Carson Hot Springs Resort has many ghosts said to be walking within its walls. Isadore was killed on the grounds in 1910. He was arguing with a man on the grounds and was accidentally stabbed in the chest. St. Martin’s wife died shortly after him. Her ghost is the most active, visible ghost on the grounds.
