    My husband and I stayed there in Oct 2009, during the Keeneland meet. They put us on the back hall. There were no other guests staying on this hall. The second night, about 3 am, we were awakened by the sound of loud, slamming doors, one after another. Lasted 20 minutes. Then heard the icemaker being used right near our room. I jumped up and looked out the door. No one there. Then saw the shadow of footsteps at the gap in the bottom of the door. Looked out; no one there. Next morning, I told the waitress at the hotel restaurant about it. She said it made the hair on the back of her neck stand up. She had heard about this before from other guests. She herself saw a tall man, dressed in Victorian clothes, walking through the restaurant at 5:30 one morning when she came in early to set up the coffee and buffet.
