Explore the darker side of Seattle on Ghost & True Crime Tours by vehicle.

Private Eye Tours has specialized in offering unique tours of Seattle since 1997. This is an opportunity to see the “real” Seattle in a different way. The tours are scenic, historical & entertaining. Four different tours are currently available: two true crime tours and two different Seattle Ghost Tours.

Our original true crime tour covers Queen Anne Hill, Downtown Seattle, Pioneer Square & the Chinatown ID. We visit the scenes of the crimes covering infamous murders, burglaries, arsons, speakeasies & more.

The Capitol Hill True Crime Tour vists the Capitol Hill neighborhood & some of the surrounding areas. Famous people covered include Kurt Cobain, Jimi Hendrix & Ted Bundy. We end the tour along Lake Union’s famous houseboats.

Our Haunted Happenings Seattle Ghost Tour covers a wide area of Seattle. It is a guided tour of Seattle’s most haunted locations including an infamous massacre site in the Chinatown ID and a forgotten cemetery.

Our newest Ghost Tour, The Spirits of Seattle Ghost Tour, covers the historical Capitol Hill neighborhood, Belltown, the Market area & downtown Seattle. It is available Spring 2011. Locations include several former funeral homes and former cemeteries in old Seattle.
