Join us October 8th, from 11 a.m. until 11 p.m. in Whiting, Indiana for the second annual Wickedly Whiting Festival! Located 17 minutes south of the Chicago Loop, this Halloween festival is the first of its kind in the region. Enter the festival if you dare through a block long graveyard scene…but be careful as you do, Zombies are everywhere! Once you get through, hopefully alive, you will be relieved to discover that you are inside the festival, a festival of food, fun, and shopping! (There’s a chicken entrance for those who don’t dare…)

Scare addicts can shop the Market of the Living Dead for all types of Halloween, sci-fi & horror items. Artists display their dark talents, and people create monsters right before your eyes!Â
There’s a stage for the young…and the young at heart…with magicians, reptiles, and costume contests. Take part in the Howling contest.  As dusk settles, take a seat for Halloween themed movies.Â
Grab a drink in the haunted beer garden and enjoy live local music, dancing, friends, and fun! Don’t miss the adult costume contest!
