Haunted Mount Baker Hotel in Concrete, Wa The Mount Baker Hotel is part of a ghost walk in Concrete, WA. It was built in 1924 and has been a rooming house as well as a cafe and office building over the years. The upstairs is said to be haunted by a little girl approximately four years old. It’s believed that she died after her mother beat her to death. The girl has red hair. She wears a pink shirt and jean shorts.
